We typically work with clients within the following project brackets:
1. Schedule a Discovery call: Schedule Here or fill out our contact form.
2. After our call, we will create a scope of work document for you to review, revise and approve.
3. Once the scope of work is approved, SVZ will send out a contract for you to review & e-sign.
4. Once the contract is reviewed & approved, we will send out an initial 50% invoice due to begin work.
5. Upon completion of the invoice, we will set-up communication channels and schedule our kick-off call.
The most effective way for our team to understand the deliverables of your new web project and how you should spend is for you to create a scope of work or RFP and send it in to us.
If it's a simple project, sending a sitemap of all the pages included within your project scope will be okay to start.
Here's some steps to follow if you're not sure where to start with your scope of work:
1. Send us a list of the pages you want on your site (sitemap/information architecture). Doesn’t necessarily have to be detailed or final. We just need an idea.
2. Send us 2-3 websites that you love and think represent your vision for your new website in some way, either aesthetically or in functionality.
3. Tell us if you need strategy, logo, & brand identity or if we’ll be working with your current brand assets & strategy.
4. If you already have the designs for your site completed (in Figma, Sketch, Etc) and now need the design developed out in Webflow, send us the designs to review and we can go from there.
6. Give us a heads-up if you think anything within your build may require extra development time. (Example: Complex Integrations, User Accounts, Localization, API Integrations, Extranet, etc...)
Our team will take in all of this information and create a scope of work proposal for us to review. Once you’re ready, we can review the SoW Proposal together over a follow-up call.

In order to sign-up for a Webflow account you must first choose an account plan, most clients end-up signing up for the “Free” plan or the “Lite” plan, the higher end plans are aimed at teams and agencies building out more than just 1-2 website projects under their account.
Once you have set-up an account plan and you've create a Webflow website within your Dashboard or your project has been transferred to your account, you'll need to add a self-serve hosting plan or Enterprise grade plan depending on your needs.
The highest tier of self-serve hosting plan Webflow offers is the business plan, this is what we recommend for most non-enterprise clients.
Here's an overview of the potential Webflow hosting and account plan costs:
Account Plan: $0-35/month
Hosting Plan: $12-36/month
E-commerce: $29-$212/month

San Francisco is a great talent pool, but it’s only one.. it’s easier to diversify our team and find top talent when we aren’t limited to location. Our team is distributed between San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, London, Tulum, and New Zealand. We’re big on communication and remote process management, but that doesn’t hold our creatives back!
We’ve been here from the start. Since 2013 we’ve been utilizing Webflow within our tech stack to provide unique front-end designs, full-service development, and CMS based solutions for inspiring brands.
Along the road, we’ve learned that making clients happy takes a bit more than just outstanding design & development skills. Successful projects take seamless communication, total transparency, tried and true processes, and revenue-minded project management.
Our goal as an agency is to make it as straightforward as possible for our clients to communicate their needs, get consultation, and implement a high quality solution.
Webflow Experts are experienced freelancers & agencies who Webflow has certified and trusted as professional experts. These providers are all listed on the experts.webflow.com platform. We are a Webflow "Enterprise" agency partner. These are trusted implmentation agencies who have undergone robust vetting by the Webflow team and are entrusted with some of the largest organizations choosing to utilize Webflow.
Yes we do both, please set-up a discovery call to learn more.
Webflow Designer:
The Designer allows us to develop your site structure, design, content, interactions, animations, and custom code to create fully functioning expert level websites, lite applications, landing pages, announcement flyers, prototypes, presentations and so on.
Here, you visually manipulate the HTML content, set CSS properties, and create interactions without writing any javascript – instead of writing code, you manipulate it visually. And, as you build your website and lay out your content, the Designer creates incredibly clean, semantic code that’s ready to publish to the web. With this said the Webflow Designer takes training just like any pro-level tool (Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, etc)
Webflow Editor:
Unlike the Designer, where you build and design your website, the Editor only allows you to edit and manage the content. With its simple, easy-to-use interface, the Editor gives you a number of tools to manage a published websites content, assets, and on-page SEO. And with collaborator access, you can invite your marketing team to manage the site without breaking the design.
Yes! Every new project comes with a custom tutorial mini-series walking you through your site and showing you how to use the Webflow CMS (Editor).
We also offer block hours for purchase which can be used for development and consultation (including training).
Yes, we have a few trusted partner agencies that we work closely with that we can recommend for ongoing SEO.
This is not in our wheelhouse, however we have a trusted partner who can build a custom plan to handle your monthly blog content depending on your needs. This process starts by defining your voice, tone, and messaging strategy.
We are 100% hands on for launch. We will launch the site for you and make sure everything is in full working order. After the launch, we’re with you for 30 days. Any weird things, issues, or ‘OMGs, we totally forgot this tiny little thing’, - we’re here for you un-billed and as part of the original project scope.
Within the first week of hand-off, we will onboard you to your new Webflow site. You'll receive a mini training series created specifically for you and your team. You'll be editing and growing your new website with ease!
After 30 days, we will of course still be available for priority questions via phone/email, you can purchase pre-paid "hour blocks" for ad-hoc development tasks, updates, and consulting. Anything larger than 40 hours and we will talk about a custom plan.
Although maintaining content, copy, and assets through the Webflow CMS (Editor) is very straightforward for clients to manage in-house, some clients will need additional development & Webflow build support. We allow clients to purchase a pre-paid block of hours with us upfront to use as they see fit over a 12 month period.
These hours are to be used on any development, consultation, or Webflow related need. Our development support blocks do not include any design (figma, XD, Sketch) services. Design is typically handled on a flat-rate basis only as apart of our end-to-end design & development projects.
Hour Blocks:
10 hours x $500
Flat rate - $5000
20 hours x $400
Flat rate - $8000
40 hours x $350
Flat rate- $14000
60 hours x $325
Flat rate - $19,500
*All hours expire after 12 months.
Most design & development projects take between 1-3 months.
This will heavily depend on the scope of work. Want to see how long your project will take? Let's schedule a discovery call and discuss your project.
Webflow is a pro level front-end development tool & CMS that allows us to visually develop and complete tasks faster, while improving the quality of our code and creativity of front-end designs. Since 2013 we’ve been utilizing Webflow within our tech stack to provide unique front-end designs, full-service development, and CMS based solutions for inspiring brands.
Yes, we specialize in Logo, Brand ID, and high-end marketing websites only.
If you aren’t sure about the design or the strategy we have implemented, then let us know. We’ll always be here to talk through why we designed something a particular way or why your strategy is the way it is. We want you to feel confident and excited about your project. If something doesn’t feel right about it, then we’ll work together to find a solution that works.
Yes, we’re comfortable working within certain brand guidelines and utilizing your current logo & brand ID and are happy to give recommendations for improvements without completely redesigning your brand ID.
Webflow allows you to give the keys of your marketing site to your marketing team instead of relying on a developer or engineer for regular content and landing page updates. We’ve even helped a few clients train on the Webflow Designer to bring front-development skills to their marketing & design team.
Yes, we have a couple options here.
1. Keep your current design, and redevelop the site in Webflow while keeping the current design & URL/SEO structure.
2. Go through our comprehensive website redesign & development process to create a brand new meaningfully designed website, developed in Webflow.
3. Using the Webflow to Wordpress Plugin you can keep your current Wordpress CMS and leverage Webflow by redesigning your site within Webflow and then publishing those pages to your Wordpress site. However, this may not work properly for all use-cases and make require further custom development.
4. We can export pages from webflow and turn the code into a liquid theme for use with Wordpress through custom development.
A tool that can serve as a custom solution to help our agency build member-only sites, dashboards, web apps, intranets, and more for our clients.
Yes, you can! We will need you to send over the completed source files so we can review the complexity of design, interactions, and content - then we can give you a proper SoW proposal. Alternatively if you're looking to rebuild your current website within Webflow, then just send us the domain to your current website for us to review.
If you’re currently unhappy with your site speed chances are we can make it much faster within Webflow. Sometimes all it takes is compressing the site content or switching CMS’s and other times we need to implement JS lazy load and other tactics to keep a site delivering at lightning speed.
If done correctly, it won't. As long as the agency you are working with is following best practices to retain your current URL structure and implement accurate 301 redirects you can avoid any lasting negative effects, and leverage the positive SEO effects of your redesign.
Webflow is one of the main tools in our tech stack but it isn’t the only one, we make sure to apply the right tools for the job, depending on the scope of work and solution needed.
Our typical project stack would look something like this:
Figma (UX Design, Brand ID)
Adobe Illustrator (Illustrations, Logo)
Adobe After Effects (Lottie JS Animation Design & Development)
Custom Code (TBD)
Integromat or Zapier (Automation)
Webflow (Front-End Dev & Custom CMS)
Monday (Project Management & Tracking)
You don’t have to host on Webflow, but we highly recommend it for almost all marketing website projects. We are proud to say that 90%+ of our clients have their marketing websites hosted with Webflow, utilizing the Webflow CMS. It’s a no-brainer for high-end marketing websites with a need for a super custom, scaleable, and user friendly CMS.
If you’re building on Hubspot or something of that nature to handle your marketing website or landing pages, and switching isn't an option - we could still use Webflow to develop the front-end semantic code, and then export for further migration to the platform of choice. Either-way, we'll utilize Webflow as a tool in the front-end development process.
However, in order to utilize the Webflow CMS, you would have to host your website on Webflow.

Fill out our contact form and ask us. We know all of the capabilities that the Webflow platform has to offer.
Although using webflow on it’s own to develop a site is the best solution for 99% of marketing sites and more, a lot of sites still need custom JS, API integrations, Custom Search, etc… that’s why we are prepared with the right development resources and dev experts to create any solution that best fits our clients needs.
